• All parts to be returned in original packaging only, so long as the product has not been installed, assembled or damaged by you. No exceptions will be made.
• The part returned, must be in the exact condition as when it was purchased or shipped.
• NO RETURNS on special order parts, or parts under $10.00.
• NO RETURNS unless accompanied by invoice with in 10 days.
• A 15% restocking charge on all returned items.
• NO REFUNDS on electrical parts.
• No replacement engine or any used parts will be sent until our staff have inspected and verified the returned defective engines oe any used parts in question.
• All missing parts will be charged to the customer.
• The customer is resposible for all returns shipping costs regardless of the return reason.
