Autodom Inc. prides itself on offering engines of excellent quality. All our engines pass a Multi-point inspection and Compression test to ensure great quality engines. We only ship engines with positive compression test results.

Autodom Inc. will pass on to its customers each manufacturer’s standard limited warranty, if any, for parts.

Warranties listed herein are NOT transferable and only applies to the original purchaser.

This warranty is a parts exchange warranty. In the event we do not have the part in stock to replace the defective part, Autodom Inc. reserves the right to either:

• Repair the defective part,
• Locate a replacement part, or
• Provide a refund for the original purchase price except for shipping and handling

Autodom Inc. shall deem this warranty void if part failure is caused by faulty installation, modification, negligence, racing, or competitive use.

Autodom Inc. will not reimburse the cost of any labour or any other expense incurred by the purchaser, including but not limited to, towing charges, loss of time, loss of use of vehicle, inconvenience, lodging, oil filters, anti-freeze, telephone or telephone charges, car or truck rental, gaskets, or seals.

Please inspect part for proper fitment and condition before installing in vehicle! Autodom Inc. is not responsible for incorrect fitment of part in your vehicle.

If a product you purchase through Autodom Inc. store, fails during warranty period, you may receive an adjustment by returning the product to Autodom Inc. retail locations with your receipt. To receive the adjustment, all terms of the warranty must be met.

Please do not disassemble any part you purchased from Autodom Inc. Doing so may cause damage which will not be covered under warranty. We do not accept any exceptions! Please note we only cover defects, not other failures. Defects and eligibility for warranty claims will be determined at our store by our personnel, not by the customer. The warranty expires at the end of the specific period regardless if the part is used or not during that time period. Repairs or exchanges will not extend this limited warranty beyond the described term on the invoice. ALL WARRANTY CLAIMS MUST BE PRE-APPROVED THROUGH AUTODOM INC.

• 90 DAYS WARRANTY or 10,000 KILOMETERS on used replacement engines and transmissions.
• NO WARANTY on used performance engines.
• NO WARANTY on rotary and turbo engines.
• NO WARANTY on used performance transmissions.
• 30 DAYS WARRANTY on used accessorry parts such as: starter, alternator, distributor, master cylinders, strut, and etc.
• 1 YEAR WARRANTY on brand new radiators and distributortors.
• NO WARANTY on any body parts (used/ new).
• NO WARANTY on tires and rims (used/ new).
• NO WARANTY on all electronical/ electronic parts.

• All external parts such as: intake and exhaust manifold, ditributor, alternator, starter, a/c compressor, fly wheel, water pump, thermostate, oil pan, motor mounts, drive shaft, power steering pump, half shaft, valve cover, clutch kit, belts, hoses, and all sensors.
• The cost of labour required removing and installing a repaired or exchanged engine to the vehicle outside autodom inc.
• Towing charges and/or freight or delivary charges.
• The engine if it is used for competitive driving, racing or even struteet racing.
• Loss caused by the failure of a part or parts of the engine that are not covered by this limited warranty.
• Repaired performed without prior authorization from authorizationtodom inc.
• Any costs associated as a result of a failed emission testing.
• Any shipping charges to, or from autodom inc.
• Any damage as a result of timing belt failure or misalignment.
• Oil leaks or coolant leaks occuring from seals, hoses, gaskets, switches, sensors, or accessories.
• Commercial use vehicles.
• Loss caused by any modification or use of the engine for which it whichas not originaly design.

• Must be installed, maintained, or adjusted by licensed mechanic.
• Must change timing belt and water pump.
